All in-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will be notified of all back ordered items via email, and we will keep you informed of your order status.

Returns
We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please notify us of damaged merchandise within 72 hours. Please call 503-221-0193 during our business hours, Mon-Fri 10:00 A.M.-6:00 P.M. PST (excluding holidays) and a customer service representative will help you with your return and/or exchange.
Most products may be returned and/or exchanged within 30 days as long as they are unworn, unwashed and with original tags and packaging.
Customers are responsible for securely shipping and insuring products returned to Be Compleat. When sending your return please place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice, and then mail it back to the address below.
For a return and to apply a credit, we need the credit card number and expiration date of the card used to make the purchase. Without your invoice or invoice number we cannot obtain the original credit card number used to apply the credit.
For an exchange, please circle the item you are returning and write the item that you would like to exchange it for. Please include the item number, color and size that you would like. Any additional charges incurred will be charged to the original card used. If there is a credit, it will be processed at the time of exchange.
